So Much

Summary: So Much is a celebration of an Afro-Caribbean family life. Baby is waiting inside the house while he waits for his whole family to arrive for Daddy to arrive home.  Auntie Bibba arrives and can't wait to squeeze the baby and read to him. Then Uncle Didi arrives and he wants to kiss the baby. They are all relaxing and enjoying each other when the door bell rings... Nannie and Gran-Gran are her and they are so excited to love him, hug him, and make him feel cozy. The baby is feeling so loved and overjoyed by the large family that just adores him.  Shortly after, Cousin Kay-Kay and Big Cousin Ross show up ready to spin and sing and play giddy-up with baby. They play with him and wrestle with him until baby just can't stop laughing and smiling. Now the house was so full and there's only one person missing... Daddy rings the door bell and everyone shouts, "Happy Birthday Daddy!" Daddy was surprised and hugs his baby tight. Finally, it was time for they baby to go to bed, This big family absolutely adores baby. Illustrations in the story were centrally warm colors with pops of blues and greens. Some images were black and white, the majority was full of color and details.
